Method
Chop everything very thinly, and add the orange juice and olive oil.
As you will notice there are no indications of quantities because everyone is free to dose the salty part, the sour part or the crunchy part.
Blanch the cauliflower in water and lemon, keeping it a little crunchy; drain and immediately plunge into an ice bath to stop the cooking and to mantain the color and not make it oxidize
