250gr di mascarpone -
100gr di ricotta -
50gr sugar -
150 gr sour oranges jam -
200 gr of crunchy chocolate muesli -
Extra virgin olive oil -
Coffee powder
Paired wine
Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore Millesimato
Method
In a large bowl mix the mascarpone with ricotta and sugar. Mix well until it becomes nice and creamy.
Crumble the muesli, taking care to keep some cubes aside for decoration.
In a glass, begin the composition with the crumbs of muesli, the mascarpone cream and ricotta, the sour orange jam and continue like so until the edge of the glass.
For decoration a few pieces of muesli and a drizzle of olive oil flavored with coffee powder.
Refrigerate for two hours before serving.
