Straw-yellow wine, limpid, with a fine and persistent perlage, has a sugary residual reduced to a minimum to preserve ist purity. It is an elegant wine. Excellent as an apertitive, it can accompany fish and shellfish dishes. Very refined pairing with chocolate based sweets.

Bouquet:Rich aroma with scents of citrus and white-pulp fruit.
