Straw-yellow wine, clear, with a continuous perlage. It has a persistent scent richer in citrus scents, semi- sweet and fresh. It is an elegant wine. Best with fish and shellfish dishes or delicate white meats. Should be served chill.

Sparkling Winemaking Method: Refermentation in 25 or 50-hl pressure tanks according to the Charmat method
Bouquet: Citrusy aromas, sided by hints of white-pulp fruit.
