Method
Prepare the shortcrust pastry and keep it in the fridge for an hour for the cream.
Mix the flour with the sugar and vanilla, add the eggs and mix with a whisk.
Add milk and put on very low heat, always mix with the whisk until it thickens. Let cool. Slice the apples and pour the lemon juice over them, sprinkle a little sugar, roll out the dough in a pan and pour the cream, put the slices of apple, fill as much as possible trying to cover each hole. Pour the lemon juice on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ºC. for 40 minutes.
