Spumante Rosè
Rosé sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Nero grapes, an elite grape variety, which identifies an important wine. It requires great commitment from both the winemaker and the oenologist. A slow sparkling process of 120-150 days and a rest for about a month in an autoclave. Excellent to combine with fish dishes, especially crustaceans, risottos and white meats.

On the nose it recalls the delicate aromas of small berries.

On the palate it is fresh, savory and pleasantly balanced.
